Road oil definition

Road oil means slow-curing asphaltic oils which show no separation on standing and which are used for road construction, maintenance or repair.
Road oil means any heavy petro­ leum oil, including residual asphaltic oils, used as a dust palliative and surface treatment of roads and highways. It is generally produced in six grades from 0, the most liquid, to 5, the most viscous.
