Rights Offering Approval Order definition

Rights Offering Approval Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Rights Offering Procedures, the Rights Offering Solicitation Materials and any motion filed in support thereof, which Rights Offering Approval Order shall be in accordance with this Agreement and which, for the avoidance of doubt, may be the same order as the Disclosure Statement Order.
Rights Offering Approval Order means a Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Rights Offering Procedures and the Rights Offering Solicitation Materials and any motion filed in support thereof, which Rights Offering Approval Order may, for the avoidance of doubt, be the same order as the order approving the Disclosure Statement and which shall be reasonably acceptable to the Debtors, the Required Consenting Noteholders, the Required Consenting Term Lenders, and Ascent (solely in the event a Non-Ascent Restructuring Toggle has not occurred).
Rights Offering Approval Order means an Order of the Bankruptcy Court that is not stayed (under Bankruptcy Rule 6004(h) or otherwise) that (a) approves the Rights Offering Procedures, and (b) authorizes the Debtors to assume this Agreement pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, which Order may be the Confirmation Order.

Rights Offering Approval Order means an order pursuant to which the Bankruptcy Court will be requested to approve the Rights Offering.

  • Regulatory Approval Application means an application to seek regular or expedited Regulatory Approval of the Licensed Product for sale or marketing in any country(ies) or Region(s) in the Territory, as defined in the applicable Laws and filed with the Regulatory Authority of such country(ies) or Region(s).

  • IRB approval means the determination of the IRB that the research has been reviewed and may be conducted at an institution within the constraints set forth by the IRB and by other institutional and federal requirements.

  • FDA Approval means with respect to the Product, a Regulatory Approval by the FDA for the commercial use of the Product in the United States.

  • CPUC Approval means a final and non-appealable order of the CPUC, without conditions or modifications unacceptable to the Parties, or either of them, which contains the following terms:
