  • In case of Investors who have provided details of demat account in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations such the Investors will have to apply for the Rights Equity Shares from the same demat account in which they are holding the Rights Entitlements and in case of multiple demat accounts; the Investors are required to submit the Application Form separately from each demat account.

  • Investors are required to ensure that the number of Rights Equity Shares applied by them do not exceed the investment limits or maximum number of Equity Shares that can be held by them prescribed under applicable law.

Rights Equity Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital A. “Stock Exchanges” shall mean, together, the BSE and NSE. In case of any inconsistency between this Agreement, and the Letter of Offer, the definitions ascribed to such terms in the Letter of Offer will prevail.

Related to Rights Equity Shares

  • Equity Shares means the Common Shares and any shares of any other class or series of the Corporation which may from time to time be authorized for issue if by their terms such shares confer on the holders thereof the right to participate in the distribution of assets upon the voluntary or involuntary liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Corporation beyond a fixed sum or a fixed sum plus accrued dividends;

  • Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Corporation;

  • Ordinary Shares means the ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Founder Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto and shall be deemed to include the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion thereof.

  • Shares means the shares of Common Stock issued or issuable to each Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Common Stock means the common stock of the Company.
