RHU Grant Certificate means the RHU Grant Certificate delivered to the Grantee and attached to this Agreement, as the same may be modified pursuant to Section 4.5(a) of the Agreement.

  • holder of a Warrant Certificate as used herein shall mean any person in whose name at the time any Warrant Certificate shall be registered upon the books to be maintained by the Warrant Agent for that purpose.

  • Restricted Shares shall have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Unit Award means a grant of a Unit that is not subject to a Restricted Period.
