  • Such notice will specify AUI’s estimate of the duration of any such curtailment or discontinuance of deliveries under the Retailer Distribution Service Contract.

  • To initiate the provision of Gas Distribution Service, the Retailer must complete and provide a Retailer Distribution Service Contract to AUI.

  • No term or condition of these Retailer Distribution Service Rules or a Retailer Distribution Service Contract will be deemed to have been waived and no breach excused unless such waiver or consent to excuse is in writing and signed by the party claimed to have waived or consented to excuse.
