Restaurant General Manager means a Person who has satisfactorily completed Franchisor’s Initial Training program at Franchisee’s expense and will thereafter devote full time and best efforts to the operation of the Restaurant and be vested with the authority and responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of Restaurant Managers and management of the operations of the Restaurant operated under this Agreement, subject to the supervision of the Vice President of Restaurant Operations for the Restaurant.
