Restaurant/Brew Pub definition

Restaurant/Brew Pub means a retail business selling prepared food and beverages for on- or off-premises consumption. These include eating establishments where customers are served from a walk-up ordering counter for either on- or off-premises consumption, and establishments where most customers are served food at tables for on-premises consumption, but may include providing food for take-out. May also include the on-site brewing of up to 2,400 barrels of beer annually for on-premises consumption. Also includes coffee houses and accessory cafeterias as part of office and industrial uses.

  • Restaurant means a business location:

  • Restaurants means a business that prepares and serves food and drinks to customers.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

  • Market Operations Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by or on behalf of a Market Participant to communicate and coordinate with the Office of the Interconnection in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.
