Respite care provider definition

Respite care provider means a facility or agency that meets all applicable state and federal requirements and is state-certified to provide respite care services.
Respite care provider means an individual enrolled as a qualified service provider who provides respite care to residents, whose care is funded by the county or state, in the absence of the provider.
