Qualifications and Requirements. Dual Enrollment for Dual Credit instructors shall be faculty of the College. Faculty must be under the ultimate control and supervision of the College. The College will provide faculty orientation, supervision, and evaluation. A high school teacher employed to teach Dual Enrollment for Dual Credit courses will be designated as an adjunct faculty member of the College and must meet the credentialing requirements of the Alabama Community College System and applicable accrediting agencies. Documentation of appropriate faculty credentials which meet or exceed accrediting agencies’ requirements must be on file at the College. Faculty credentials shall be provided to the appropriate secondary officials as needed to meet credentialing standards of appropriate accrediting agencies.

AO Application for All Entities Make application to, and if approved, enter into this agreement with the Department. Maintain at least one permanent, regularly occupied structure in Texas with a permanent Texas physical address. Own or lease, in the name of the driver training school or school owner, at least one Class A or B (Group) CMV that requires a CDL and is specific to the type of skills test being administered. Regional Education Service Centers that do not own or lease at least one Class A or B (Group) CMV and that are serving as a AO for a School District must present to the Department an agreement between the Regional Education Service Center and the School District certifying that the School District owns or leases at least one Class A or B (Group) CMV and the Regional Education Service Center has authorization to use the vehicle(s) for skills testing. Vehicles used for skills testing must have a current registration and safety inspection. Conduct at least ten complete CDL skills tests per calendar year, with the calendar year beginning every January 1. A complete CDL skills test includes the pre-trip, basic skills control, and road trip. For those Examiners who completed their CCE course training during the latter part of the year and are unable to conduct ten complete CDL skills tests in that calendar year, the Department considers this requirement met since a State examiner observed the successful administration of at least one skills test during the CCE course training. Starting the following calendar year, the Examiner must conduct the ten complete CDL skills tests.
Qualifications and Requirements. Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral degree or equivalent) in environmental sciences, environmental management, conservation ecology, water resources management, or a closely releted field; ◻ Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental and/or water resource management, environmental management and conservation, development of funding proposals, and project management functions; ◻ Minimum 5 years of experience working on projects and assignments in the Mekong River Basin with extensive knowledge about regional issues and challenges involved in sustainable water resources management and development, environmental protection and conservation, funding requirements of development partners, and national budgetary processes; ◻ A record of extensive familiarity with the MRC and its working arrangements with Member Countries, MRC development partners, and other regional cooperation mechanisms and stakeholders; ◻ Solid experience in dealing with national governments and non-government organizations involved in environmental protection and conservation, research and academic institutions, private sector, and in negotiating and consulting with different stakeholders; ◻ Excellent inter-personal skills and verbal presentation skills including an ability to make positive and insightful contributions to inter-governmental consultation workshops in a diplomatic and measured fashion; ◻ Fluent in written and spoken English; ◻ Strong work ethics with a flexible working style, including commitment to team spirit and timely delivery; and ◻ Compliance with all MRC’s Rules and Regulation Regarding Consultancy Management and Contract Monitoring and Closure.
