Residual Distribution definition

Residual Distribution means amounts to be distributed to Owner pursuant to Section 10.2.
Residual Distribution means the distribution by the Company to the stockholders of the Company of (a) all proceeds from the Second Asset Sale and (b) all other amounts held by the Company in excess of the amount necessary for the Company to maintain its existence, cumulatively in one or more distributions.
Residual Distribution shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.4(d)(i).

Residual Distribution means the distribution process for remaining funds, as discussed in Section III.C of this Agreement.
Residual Distribution means the amount payable to the Residual Holder pursuant to Section 8.3 of the Owner Trust Agreement.

Related to Residual Distribution

  • Capital Distribution means, with respect to any Person, a payment made, liability incurred or other consideration given for the purchase, acquisition, repurchase, redemption or retirement of any Equity Interest of such Person or as a dividend, return of capital or other distribution in respect of any of such Person’s Equity Interests.

  • Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date.
