Requisite Percentage of Stockholders. The holder or holders of at ------------------------------------ least (a) as to the initial request under Section 3.1, 50% (by number of shares) - of the Registrable Securities at the time outstanding or (b) as to any other - request, 20% (by number of shares) of the Registrable Securities at the time outstanding.
