Required Shareholders definition

Required Shareholders means the holders of at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the issued and outstanding TME Shares (which holders must include Min River).
Required Shareholders has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8.
Required Shareholders shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.

Required Shareholders means, as of any date of determination, the Shareholders holding a majority of the Registrable Securities as of such date.
