Required Rights definition

Required Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01.
Required Rights means leases or licenses for access to, and use of, building roof areas and other antenna staging locations and interior space and conduit rights as necessary to provide Wireless Fiber Connectivity to a building.
Required Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • The rights granted herein are expressly made subject to each and every limitation, restriction or reservation affecting the Required Rights and consistent with all of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  • To the extent Comcast incurs additional expense for pole attachments, or other required approvals, to maintain the Required Rights, such additional costs shall be paid for by the LFAs.

Required Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7(e)(i).
Required Rights means any and all rights, licenses, authorizations, rights of way, and other agreements necessary for the use of poles, conduit, cable, wire or other physical plant facilities, as well as any other such rights, licenses, authorizations (including any necessary state, tribal or federal authorizations such as environmental permits), rights of way and other agreements necessary for the installation and use of the Network Plus Fiber Network.
Required Rights means all rights, licenses, permits, authorizations, rights-of-way, easements and other agreements which are necessary for EAN Network to obtain in order to permit EAN Network to construct, install and to operate and maintain the Network in accordance with this Agreement and to convey the IRU in the Capacity to Asia Netcom.
Required Rights means the Required Regulatory Approvals and any and all rights, licenses, authorizations, rights of way and other agreements necessary for the use of conduit, cable, poles, wire or other physical plant facilities, as well as any other such rights, licenses, authorizations (including any necessary local, state, tribal or federal authorization such as environmental permits), rights of way and other agreements necessary for the installation, use of and access to the NEON Fibers.
