Plant Facilities definition

Plant Facilities means those certain pipelines, associated facilities and interconnects with Downstream Facilities that are, in each case, owned and operated by Provider but not located on the Plant Site, including the Hess North Dakota Pipeline, in each case, as the same may be modified and/or extended from time to time, including pursuant to a Facilities Modification, and as the same are more particularly described on Exhibit A-2. The Plant and Plant Facilities are collectively referred to herein as the “TGP System”.
Plant Facilities has the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.
Plant Facilities means those certain pipelines, associated facilities and interconnects with Downstream Facilities that are related to a Plant and that are, in each case, owned and/or operated by the Provider Group but not located on the site of the applicable Plant, including the TGP Facilities and LM4 Facilities, in each case, as the same may be modified and/or extended from time to time, including pursuant to a Facilities Modification.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Port facilities means those facilities owned by the port authority such as: seawall jetties; piers; wharves; docks; boat landings; marinas; warehouses; storehouses; elevators; grain bins; cold storage plants; terminal icing plants; bunkers; oil tanks; ferries; canals; locks; bridges; tunnels; seaways; conveyors; modern appliances for the economical handling, storage, and transportation of freight and handling of passenger traffic; transfer and terminal facilities required for the efficient operation and development of ports and harbors; other harbor improvements; or improvements, enlargements, remodeling, or extensions of any of these buildings or structures.

  • Utility Facilities means all personal property and real property owned or controlled by Utility, including Poles.

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • Cogeneration facility means a power plant in which the heat or steam is also used for industrial or commercial heating or cooling purposes and that meets Federal Energy Regulatory Commission standards for qualifying facilities under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16

  • generation facility means a facility for generating electricity or providing ancillary services, other than ancillary services provided by a transmitter or distributor through the operation of a transmission or distribution system, and includes any structures, equipment or other things used for that purpose;

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.
