Specified Condition definition

Specified Condition means, with respect to a party, any event specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13.

Specified Condition means, with respect to a party, any event specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13(e).

Specified Condition means the Closing Sale Price of the Common Stock on five (5) Trading Days during any period of ten (10) consecutive Trading Days commencing after the Fourth Amendment Effective Date exceeds $18.00 (as adjusted for any stock dividend, stock split, stock combination, reclassification or similar transaction after the Fourth Amendment Effective Date).
