Reporting Provinces definition

Reporting Provinces means the Provinces of British Columbia and Alberta collectively;
Reporting Provinces means, collectively, all the provinces of Canada; “Rule 144A” means Rule 144A as promulgated under the U.S. Securities Act; “SEC” means the United States Securities and Exchange Commission;
Reporting Provinces has the meaning specified in Section 11 of Schedule C.

Reporting Provinces means the Provinces of British Columbia, Ontario and Québec collectively;
