Replacement Power Delivery Point definition

Replacement Power Delivery Point means the point where Replacement Power is delivered to Buyer, at a point or points that are acceptable to Buyer, such acceptance not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, unless the Replacement Power Delivery Point shall be the same as the Point of Delivery, in which case it shall be deemed to be acceptable to Buyer.

Replacement Power Delivery Point means either the Interconnection Point or one or more points for the receipt of Replacement Power designated by Purchaser in writing and accepted by Seller in accordance with Appendix E.

Replacement Power Delivery Point means either the Interconnection Point or one or more points designated by Purchaser for the receipt of Replacement Power. Designation of an alternative Replacement Power Delivery Point by Purchaser shall be reasonably acceptable to Seller and shall become effective on the later of (i) thirty (30) Days after notice of such change and acceptance by seller or (ii) the expiration of any Replacement Power Arrangements in place at the time of the notice, unless otherwise agreed by both Parties to be effective at an earlier time. Seller may request that Purchaser designate an alternative Replacement Power Delivery Point.

Examples of Replacement Power Delivery Point in a sentence

  • Buyer shall indemnify Seller from all Liabilities related to Electric Energy and Replacement Power from and after delivery to the Point of Delivery or Replacement Power Delivery Point as applicable; and Seller shall indemnify Buyer for all Liabilities related to Electric Energy or Replacement Power prior to its delivery to the Point of Delivery or Replacement Power Delivery Point as applicable.

  • The point where sale of Electric Energy and Replacement Power will take place and title to and risk of loss with respect to, such Electric Energy and Replacement Power shall transfer is at the Point of Delivery for Electric Energy and the Replacement Power Delivery Point for Replacement Power.

  • When Seller is delivering Replacement Power to Buyer, Seller shall be obligated to deliver the amount of energy (at no cost to Seller, except to the extent required to deliver Replacement Power to the Replacement Power Delivery Point) scheduled by Buyer, up to the level necessary to comply with Buyer's Dispatch order (taking into account Electric Energy still being delivered by Seller during a Forced Derating) along with associated Ancillary Services in accordance with Section 9.

Related to Replacement Power Delivery Point

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • wind turbine generator or “WTG” means a structure comprising a tower, rotor with three blades connected at the hub, nacelle and ancillary electrical and other equipment which may include J-tube(s), transition piece, access and rest platforms, access ladders, boat access systems, corrosion protection systems, fenders and maintenance equipment, helicopter landing facilities and other associated equipment, fixed to a foundation;

  • Ground water means water below the land surface in a zone of saturation.

  • Replacement Engine means a [Engine Manufacturer and Model] engine (or an engine of the same or another manufacturer of a comparable or an improved model and suitable for installation and use on the Airframe with the other Engine (or any other Replacement Engine being substituted simultaneously therewith)) that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.04 or Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such engine, but excluding items installed or incorporated in or attached to any such engine from time to time that are excluded from the definition of Parts.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same. Switching and Tagging Rules:

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Capacity Transmission Injection Rights means the rights to schedule energy and capacity deliveries at a Point of Interconnection of a Merchant Transmission Facility with the Transmission System. Capacity Transmission Injection Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility and/or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Deliveries scheduled using Capacity Transmission Injection Rights have rights similar to those under Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service or, if coupled with a generating unit external to the PJM Region that satisfies all applicable criteria specified in the PJM Manuals, similar to Capacity Interconnection Rights.

  • Auxiliary Water Supply means any water source or system, other than the public water supply, that may be available in the building or premises.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.
