Renovation plan definition

Renovation plan means a plan that outlines the scope of work of the project and shall include the following:
Renovation plan means that portion of the Property Improvement Plan attached hereto as Schedule VIII corresponding to the amounts listed under “Year 3” on such Schedule, which was delivered by Owner to Original Lender on or prior to the Closing Date.

  • Construction Plan means a representation of a project site and all activities associated with the project.
