Relevant Reset Margin definition

Relevant Reset Margin means, in respect of a Reset Period, whichever of the First Reset Margin or the Subsequent Reset Margin is applicable for the purpose of determining the Rate of Interest in respect of such Reset Period;

Examples of Relevant Reset Margin in a sentence

  • On the relevant First Reset Date, the relevant Second Reset Date (if applicable) and each relevant Subsequent Reset Date (if any) thereafter, the Interest Rate will be reset to the sum of the relevant Reset Reference Rate and the Relevant Reset Margin as determined by the relevant Calculation Agent on the relevant Reset Determination Date (each such interest rate, a “Subsequent Rate of Interest”).

  • Hedged Margin for CFD trading shall mean the necessary margin required by the Company so as to open and maintain Matched Positions.
