Step Up Margin definition

Step Up Margin means the rate per annum specified in the applicable Final Terms; and
Step Up Margin has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.
Step Up Margin means the amount specified in the applicable Final Terms as being the relevant Step Up Margin.

  • Subject to Condition 5.4(d) and 5.4(h) below, from and including the first Interest Payment Date falling on or after the date of a Step Up Rating Change, the Rate of Interest (in the case of Fixed Rate Notes) or the Margin (in the case of Floating Rate Notes) payable on the Notes shall be increased by the Step Up Margin.

Step Up Margin means the step-up margin (expressed as a percentage per annum) of additional interest payable in respect of the Notes specified in the relevant Final Terms or calculated or determined in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions and/or the relevant Final Terms.
