Relevant Milestone definition

Relevant Milestone means the date on which the first of the following occurs in respect o f a Residential Unit:
Relevant Milestone means the date on which any of the following occur in respect of a Residential Unit: (i) Completion of Construction for that Residential Unit; or (ii) that the Residential Unit is Occupied; or (iii) settlement actually occurs in terms of the first sale transaction for that Residential Unit;

Examples of Relevant Milestone in a sentence

  • The Company and the Trustee shall diligently progress the Works to enable each Construction Milestone to be achieved by the Relevant Milestone Date.

  • If a Construction Milestone has not been achieved by the Relevant Milestone Date, the Company, the Trustee and the State shall within 5 Business Days of the passing of that Relevant Milestone Date enter into discussions and consultation to achieve the purposes set out in paragraph (d).

Related to Relevant Milestone

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which, if applicable, must be completed by the relevant Milestone Date;

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Milestone Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Milestone Payment means a payment identified in the Implementation Plan to be made following the issue of a Satisfaction Certificate in respect of Achievement of the relevant Milestone;

  • Actual miles means the actual distance a vehicle has traveled while in operation.

  • Milestone Failure means a failure by the Grant Recipient fully to achieve any Milestone by the relevant Milestone Date;

  • Performance Objective means a standard established by the Committee to determine in whole or in part whether a Performance Award shall be earned.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume. “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted.

  • Goal means the intended or projected result of a comprehensive corrections plan or community corrections program to reduce prison commitment rates, to reduce the length of stay in a jail, or to improve the utilization of a jail.

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Additional Indication means any indication other than the Initial Indication.
