Relevant Claim means a claim by the Buyer under or in respect of this Agreement;
Relevant Claim means a civil claim made in respect of any of the following—

RECOVERY ONLY ONCE The Buyer is not entitled to recover more than once in respect of any one matter giving rise to a Relevant Claim.
