Relationship to the Award. 4.2.1 This Agreement shall operate to the exclusion of any and all awards and supersedes any previous arrangements or agreements.

Relationship to the Award. (a) At the time of the making of this Agreement, the terms and provisions of the Port Authorities Award 2010 2020 (the Award) regulated the terms and conditions of Employees subject to this Agreement.
