Reimbursement District definition

Reimbursement District means the area which is determined by the County Board of Commissioners to derive a benefit from the construction of road improvements, financed in whole or in part by the applicant and includes property which can be developed or re-developed and is required to provide such an improvement when it is approved for development.
Reimbursement District means the area which is determined by the City Council to derive a benefit from the construction of street, water or sewer improvements, financed in whole or in part by the applicant and includes property which has the opportunity to utilize such an improvement.
