Reimbursement Assessments definition

Reimbursement Assessments means Assessments levied by the Association against an individual Owner as a means of reimbursing the Association for costs incurred by the Association, as described in Section 4.10 herein.
Reimbursement Assessments means and refer to a Reimbursement Assessment levied pursuant to Section 4.3C of this Declaration.
Reimbursement Assessments means Assessments levied by the Association against an individual Owner as a means of reimbursing the Association for costs incurred by the Association: (1) in the repair of damage to Common Area caused by the Owner, a Resident of the Owner’s Unit, or an Invitee of either; (2) on behalf of and for the benefit of the Owner, whether with the Owner’s consent or pursuant to the Association’s powers under the Governing Documents or law, including, without limitation, the performance of maintenance or repairs to the Owner’s Unit or Exclusive Use Common Area components forwhich the Owner is responsible; and/or (3) due to the negligence, willful acts, or omissions of the Owner, a Resident of the Owner’s Unit, or an Invitee of either, including, without limitation, an increase in the insurance premiums for any insurance policy purchased or obtained by the Association for the benefit of the Development and the Owners.

Examples of Reimbursement Assessments in a sentence

  • Reimbursement Assessments shall be due and payable thirty (30) days from the date Individual Notice of the Reimbursement Assessment is given by the Board to the Shareholder.

  • However, prior to the imposition or collection of an Assessment under this provision, the Board shall pass a resolution containing written findings as to the necessity of the extraordinary expense involved and why the expense was not or could not have been reasonably foreseen in the budgeting process, and the resolution shall be distributed to the Shareholders with the notice of Assessment.(e) Reimbursement Assessments.

  • All assessments (except for Reimbursement Assessments described in Section 3.8) shall be allocated among the Owners in the proportion the Parcel Area of each Owner's Parcel or Parcels subject to assessment bears to the total Parcel Area of all Parcels then subject to assessment under this Declaration.

  • Further, each Owner shall be obligated to pay Reimbursement Assessments levied by the Board for reimbursement of any costs incurred by the Association relating to violation of any provisions of the Governing Documents by the members of such Owner's household and such Owner's tenants, Contract Purchasers, guests, pets, or other invitees.

  • The Board shall have the power, as elsewhere provided in this Declaration to levy and collect Reimbursement Assessments against an Owner to cover the costs and expenses incurred by the Association on account of any such damage or any such violation of this Declaration or Governing Documents, or for any increased insurance premiums directly attributable to any such damage or any such violation.

Related to Reimbursement Assessments

  • Cost Reimbursement means a contract which provides for a fee other than a fee based on a percentage of cost and under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms.

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes. They may also include reasonable, incremental meal, accommodation and travel expenses.

  • Borrower Delayed Reimbursements Any Additional Trust Fund Expenses and reimbursements of Advances that the related Mortgagor is required, pursuant to a written modification agreement, to pay in the future to the Trust in its capacity as owner of the related Mortgage Loan.

  • Expense Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c).

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).

  • Covered Expenses means expenses actually incurred by or on behalf of a Covered Person for treatment, services and supplies covered by the Policy. Coverage under the Participating Organization’s Policy must remain continuously in force from the date of the Covered Accident or Sickness until the date treatment, services or supplies are received for them to be a Covered Expense. A Covered Expense is deemed to be incurred on the date such treatment, service or supply, that gave rise to the expense or the charge, was rendered or obtained.

  • Medical Expenses means those expenses that an Insured Person has necessarily and actually incurred for medical treatment on account of Illness or Accident on the advice of a Medical Practitioner, as long as these are no more than would have been payable if the Insured Person had not been insured and no more than other hospitals or doctors in the same locality would have charged for the same medical treatment.

  • Administrative Costs means all costs and expenses associated with providing notice of the Settlement to the Settlement Class and otherwise administering or carrying out the terms of the Settlement. Such costs may include, without limitation: escrow agent costs, the costs of publishing the summary notice, the costs of printing and mailing the Notice and Proof of Claim, as directed by the Court, and the costs of allocating and distributing the Net Settlement Fund to the Authorized Claimants. Such costs do not include legal fees.

  • Special Reimbursement Date means, the special payment date established in connection with a Reimbursement under Special Circumstances as described hereunder “Extraordinary Events and Special Circumstances – Reimbursement Under Special Circumstances and Payment”.

  • Insured Expenses Expenses covered by an Insurance Policy or any other insurance policy with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.

  • Operational Expenses means expenses of the clerk of court used to maintain the clerk's office and includes, but is not limited to, (i) computer support, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and replacements and office automation and information technology equipment, including software and conversion services; (ii) preserving, maintaining, and enhancing court records, including, but not limited to, the costs of repairs, maintenance, consulting services, service contracts, redaction of social security numbers from certain records, and system replacements or upgrades; and (iii) improving public access to records maintained by the clerk, including locating technology in an offsite facility for such purposes or for implementation of a disaster recovery plan.

  • Reimbursable Expenses means, for any Shared-Loss Quarter, the amount of actual, reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket expenses (other than Capitalized Expenditures), paid to third parties (other than Affiliates of the Assuming Institution) by or on behalf of the Assuming Institution, as limited by Sections 3.2(c) and (d) of Article III of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement, to:

  • Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amounts With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination, the amount of any Advance made with respect to such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination on or before the date such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes (or, but for the making of three monthly payments under its modified terms, would then constitute) a Corrected Loan, together with (to the extent accrued and unpaid) interest on such Advances, to the extent that (i) such Advance is not reimbursed to the Person who made such Advance on or before the date, if any, on which such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes a Corrected Loan and (ii) the amount of such Advance becomes a future obligation of the Mortgagor to pay under the terms of modified Loan Documents. That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine in the future that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • Medical Reimbursement Programs means a collective reference to the Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE programs and any other health care program operated by or financed in whole or in part by any foreign or domestic federal, state or local government.

  • Management Expenses means the costs, charges and expenses necessarily and reasonably incurred or to be incurred for the management and maintenance of the Land and the Building and the Common Areas and Facilities therein to be borne by the Owners including the remuneration of the Manager as provided in this Deed;

  • Administrative Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Training costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.

  • Legal Expenses means the fees, costs and expenses of any kind incurred by any Person indemnified herein and its counsel in investigating, preparing for, defending against or providing evidence, producing documents or taking other action with respect to any threatened or asserted Claim.

  • Reimbursement Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or the term “Advance Rate” or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Insurance Expenses means any Insurance Proceeds (i) applied to the repair of the related Leased Vehicle, (ii) released to the related Lessee in accordance with applicable law or the Customary Servicing Practices or (iii) representing other related expenses incurred by the Servicer that are not otherwise included in Liquidation Expenses or Disposition Expenses and recoverable by the Servicer under any applicable Servicer Basic Documents.

  • Insurance Costs means the sums described in paragraph 1.1 of Part 5 of the Schedule;

  • Reimbursement Date as defined in Section 2.4(d).

  • Related Expenses means any and all costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, without limitation, losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, reasonable attorney's fees, legal expenses, judgments, suits and disbursements) reasonably incurred by, or imposed upon, or asserted against, Lender in any attempt by Lender:
