Regulatory Participant definition

Regulatory Participant means any state or provincial regulatory agencies in the Corporate Region exercising authority over the rates, terms or conditions of electric service of an entity other than itself within the Corporate Region, or the planning, siting, construction or operation of electric facilities of an entity other than itself within the Corporate Region, as well as any representatives of FERC, regional advisory bodies that may be established by FERC, or representatives of any federal regulator or agency.
