Regulating Plan definition

Regulating Plan means document which establishes density, uses, patterns, open space and parks, and primary streets and their general locations within the Property, to be approved by the City pursuant to the requirements and procedures set forth in the TND Standards in effect as of the date this annexation becomes effective.
