Registered domestic partner definition

Registered domestic partner means an individual joined in a domestic partnership that is registered by a county clerk in accordance with ORS 106.300 to 106.340.
Registered domestic partner means a person who has entered into a Domestic Partnership with the Employee registered under any state which legally recognizes Domestic Partnerships or Civil Unions, and which confers on the Employee and Domestic Partner legal rights and obligations substantially similar to lawful marriage.
