Not Domestic Law definition

Not Domestic Law means any obligation that is not governed by the laws of (A) the relevant Reference Entity, if such Reference Entity is a Sovereign, or (B) the jurisdiction of organisation of the relevant Reference Entity, if such Reference Entity is not a Sovereign.
Not Domestic Law means any obligation that is not governed by the applicable Domestic Law, provided that the laws of England and the laws of the State of New York shall not constitute a Domestic Law;

More Definitions of Not Domestic Law

Not Domestic Law means any obligation that is not governed by the laws of the Reference Entity, if such Reference Entity is a Sovereign, or the jurisdiction of organization of the Reference Entity, if such Reference Entity is not a Sovereign; provided, in each case, that the laws of England and the laws of the State of New York shall not constitute a Domestic law.
Not Domestic Law means any obligation that is not governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of organisation of a Reference Entity.
Not Domestic Law means the Obligations of the Reference Entity that are not governed by the laws: 1) of the Reference Entity, if the Reference Entity is a sovereign; or 2) the jurisdiction, wherein the Reference Entity is organised, if the Reference Entity is not a sovereign.

Related to Not Domestic Law

  • Not Domestic Issuance means any obligation other than an obligation that was, at the time the relevant obligation was issued (or reissued, as the case may be) or incurred, intended to be offered for sale primarily in the domestic market of the relevant Reference Entity. Any obligation that is registered or qualified for sale outside the domestic market of the relevant Reference Entity (regardless of whether such obligation is also registered or qualified for sale within the domestic market of the relevant Reference Entity) shall be deemed not to be intended for sale primarily in the domestic market of the Reference Entity.

  • Qualified Domestic Relations Order means any judgment, decree, or order, including approval of a property settlement agreement, that:

  • Not Domestic Currency means any obligation that is payable in any currency other than the Domestic Currency.
