Regional Process Framework definition

Regional Process Framework means document prepared and adopted by the Recipient on June 15, 2009, and published by Infoshop on June 25, 2009, and satisfactory to the Association, to guide the mitigation of potential negative impacts on the livelihoods on populations resident in the targeted areas, as the same may be modified from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and the Association.
