Refunding Escrow Agreement means the Refunding Escrow Agreement, dated as of the date of the Bonds, to be entered into by and between the County and the Escrow Agent, in the form of the document attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Exhibit B, subject to such changes therein as shall be permitted by Section 11 hereof;
