Recreational Vehicle (RV) Park definition

Recreational Vehicle (RV) Park means any parcel or tract of land under the control of any person, organization or governmental entity wherein two or more designated sites are offered for the use of the public or members of an organization by rent or lease, including park-owned recreational vehicles held out for rent. RV parks are primarily designed to accommodate recreational vehicles and camping.
Recreational Vehicle (RV) Park means a parcel of land upon which two or more recreational vehicles are occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes for no more than 60 days during any one hundred twenty day period, recreational vehicles are located, regardless of whether a charge is made for such accommodations.
