More Definitions of Recovery Procedure

Recovery Procedure means the SEC Subsidiary Document of that name set out in Appendix [TBC]. Refinement Process has the meaning given to that expression in Section D6 (Refinement Process). Region means each of the geographical regions of Great Britain that are subject to different DCC Service Provider Contracts, the exact boundaries of which will be as published by the DCC (or the Panel on behalf of the DCC) from time to time. Registered means Registered, as defined in the MRA or the SPAA, as applicable (and “Registration” shall be interpreted accordingly).

  • Phase II Trial means a clinical trial of a Licensed Product on patients, including possibly pharmacokinetic and dose ranging studies, the principal purposes of which are to make a preliminary determination that such Licensed Product is safe for its intended use and to obtain sufficient information about such Licensed Product’s efficacy to permit the design of further clinical trials, and generally consistent with 21 CFR §312.21(b), or its successor regulation, or the equivalent in any foreign country.

  • Phase I Trial means a clinical trial of a Licensed Product in human patients conducted primarily for the purpose of determining the safety, tolerability and preliminary activity of the Licensed Product, including, without limitation, for determining the maximum tolerated dose, or optimal dose. For purposes of this Agreement, a Phase I trial shall specifically exclude a study in healthy volunteers.

  • Dispute Resolution Process means the process described in clause 9

  • ASX Settlement Operating Rules means the rules of ASX Settlement Pty Ltd which apply while the Company is an issuer of CHESS approved securities;
