Recovery Account definition

Recovery Account means a separate account for monies recovered by Intermediary from 26 Contracting Hospitals, Other Providers, or third-party payers.

Recovery Account means a separate account maintained by CONTRACTOR for monies 26 received by CONTRACTOR from Physicians, patients, or third party payors for services provided 27 pursuant to the Agreement.

Recovery Account has the meaning set forth in Section 5.05(b)(vi).

• For purposes of determining allocations, including calculating the Incentive Allocation and the balance in a Capital Account's Loss Recovery Account, any Investor-Related Taxes related to a Limited Partner shall be deemed distributed from the Capital Account(s) of such Limited Partner to such Limited Partner and shall not be deemed to be expenses that reduce Net Capital Appreciation, increase Net Capital Depreciation or increase the balance of the Loss Recovery Account.

• The amount of the balance in the Loss Recovery Account at the time of calculating the Incentive Allocation shall be the amount existing immediately prior to its reduction pursuant to the second clause of the second sentence of Section 5.03(c)(ii).

• The Mitigation Fund shall hold the Mitigation Contribution and all Mitigation Project Proceeds in the Mitigation Account; provided that the Mitigation Fund shall transfer such funds to the Aliso Canyon Recovery Account or the Aliso Fund at the times and in the amounts set forth in Section 6 of this Mitigation Agreement.

• At specific milestones set forth in this Mitigation Agreement, the Trustee will transfer funds from the Mitigation Fund, including sums received as repayments of principal and interest from Borrowers, to the Aliso Canyon Recovery Account or to the Aliso Fund.

• The successor Administrator will make a final transfer of all monies in the Mitigation Fund to either the Aliso Canyon Recovery Account or the Aliso Fund after 109,000 metric tons of methane emissions reductions are achieved and after all anticipated repayments of principal and interest from Borrowers are received.

More Definitions of Recovery Account

Recovery Account means the Recovery Account established and to be maintained pursuant to Article II hereof.

Recovery Account designates the Eurofactor or service provider bank accounts reserved for recovery, in each of the countries of the Clients or the CMI, or the bank accounts of the Clients and the CMI that could be pledged, assigned or, in any other manner, dedicated in favor of Eurofactor or of the service provider.

Recovery Account means an Account written off by Bank in accordance with the Risk Management Policy.

Recovery Account means the bank account established to receive proceeds from Asset recoveries.
