Reciprocating jurisdiction definition

Reciprocating jurisdiction means a state of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, a territory or possession of the United States of America, or a province or territory of Canada, which has enacted this section or provides substantially equivalent access to its courts and administrative agencies.
Reciprocating jurisdiction means a state of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, a territory or possession of the United States of America or a province or territory of Canada, that has enacted an Act to provide substantially equivalent access to its courts and administrative agencies as provided in ORS 468.076 to 468.087. Reciprocating jurisdiction means a state of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory or possession of the United States of America that has enacted a law identical to this part or provides access to its courts and administrative agencies that is substantially equivalent to the access provided in this part.

Reciprocating jurisdiction means a jurisdiction that is prescribed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council under subsection (4) to be a reciprocating jurisdiction;
