Selling Jurisdictions definition

Selling Jurisdictions means, collectively, each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions and may also include, the United States and any other jurisdictions outside of Canada and the United States as mutually agreed to by the Corporation and the Underwriters;
Selling Jurisdictions has the meaning assigned in the Terms;
Selling Jurisdictions has the meaning ascribed thereto in the eighth paragraph of this Agreement;

More Definitions of Selling Jurisdictions

Selling Jurisdictions means each of the provinces of Canada and the United States and such other jurisdictions which are agreed to by the Corporation and the Underwriters; and “Selling Jurisdiction” means, in the case of any Subscriber, the jurisdiction in which such Subscriber is resident.
