Selling Jurisdictions definition

Selling Jurisdictions means, collectively, each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions and may also include, the United States and any other jurisdictions outside of Canada and the United States as mutually agreed to by the Corporation and the Underwriters;
Selling Jurisdictions means all of the provinces of Canada, the United States and such other jurisdictions as the Agents and the Corporation may agree;
Selling Jurisdictions has the meaning assigned in the Terms;

Examples of Selling Jurisdictions in a sentence

  • Selling Jurisdictions The Units may be sold in the provinces of Canada and in certain overseas jurisdictions as the Issuer may determine and in the United States in accordance with available exemptions (the “Selling Jurisdictions”).

More Definitions of Selling Jurisdictions

Selling Jurisdictions means the provinces and territories of Canada, the United States and such other jurisdictions in Canada and outside of Canada in which the Corporation offers and sells the Units.
