Receivables Transfer Agreement definition

Receivables Transfer Agreement means, collectively or individually, the Originator Receivables Transfer Agreement and the Master Trust Receivables Transfer Agreement, as the context may require.

Receivables Transfer Agreement means (a) the Transfer Agreement dated as of February 28, 2003, between the Transferor and the Receivables Subsidiary, relating to the Permitted Receivables Financing, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified to the extent permitted by Section 6.09 and (b) any agreement replacing such Receivables Transfer Agreement, provided that such replacing agreement contains terms that are substantially similar to such Receivables Transfer Agreement and that are otherwise no more adverse in any material respect to the Lenders than the applicable terms of such Receivables Transfer Agreement.

Receivables Transfer Agreement means the Receivables Transfer Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among Comdata Inc., as buyer, and Comdata Receivables, Inc., as seller, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
