Reactivation Charge definition

Reactivation Charge means the charge required to be paid by a Customer for reactivation of Services in the amount specified in the Standard Fees and Charges Schedule;
Reactivation Charge. A reactivation charge will be required to reactivate any disabled account, whether cancellation is initiated by Customer or by CTS for non-payment or any other breach of this Agreement or policy in this Agreement. This reactivation charge is in addition to any outstanding charges for Broadband service. Charges for DSL Service Initialization Fee: CTS charges an initialization fee for each new contract. If DSL service is cancelled before the contract expires, an early termination fee may be billed to your account.

Related to Reactivation Charge

  • Reactivation means the process whereby an inactive licensee obtains a current license.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Monthly Recurring Charge or “MRC” shall mean the monthly recurring charges for the Service as set out in the Customer Order Form or COF;

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate means the formula rate established pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 115 of this Tariff. Deactivation Date:

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Switched Access Service means an offering of facilities for the purpose of the origination or termination of traffic from or to Exchange Service customer in a given area pursuant to a Switched Access tariff. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 800 Series, and 900 access. Switched Access does not include traffic exchanged between LECs for purpose of local exchange interconnection.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Reactivate or “reactivation” means the process as outlined in rule 645—21.16(17A,147,272C) by which an inactive license is restored to active status.

  • RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.
