Standard & Poor's Glossary The Standard & Poor's LEVELS(R) Glossary, as may be in effect from time to time.
Ratings As of any date of determination, the ratings, if any, of the Certificates as assigned by the Rating Agencies.
Standard & Poor’s means Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, a division of The XxXxxx-Xxxx Companies, Inc. and any successor thereto.
Standard & Poor s” or “S&P” means S&P Global Ratings, a division of S&P Global Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, and its successors and assigns, and, if such corporation shall be dissolved or liquidated or shall no longer perform the functions of a securities rating agency, Standard & Poor's shall be deemed to refer to any other nationally recognized securities rating agency designated by the Issuer.
Standard and Poor’s means Standard and Poor’s Financial Services LLC, a subsidiary of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc., and any successor or successors thereto.
Moody s” means Moody’s Investors Service, Inc.
Service Bureau means a technology provider that offers and supplies technology and technology services to a trading firm that does not have its own proprietary system.
Rating means the operating limits as specified by the component manufacturer.
Mxxxx’x Rating means, with respect to a Reference Obligation, as of any date of determination:
Xxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Xxxxx’x and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.
Fitch means Fitch Ratings, Inc.
Ratings Agency means either S&P or Moody’s (collectively the ‘Ratings Agencies’).
Moody’s means Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc. and any successor thereto.
Fitch Ratings means Fitch Ratings Limited, an English corporation, and any successor thereto;
Financial Services means those activities described in Annex VI. The Stabilisation and Association Council may extend or modify the scope of that Annex.
S&P Global Ratings means S&P Global Ratings, a division of S&P Global.
P-1 in the case of Moody's and "AAA" or "A-1+" in the case of Standard & Poor's.
Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.
Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.
Special Services means all forms of services pertaining
CCCFA means the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.
Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and
Ratings Agencies means (1) S&P, Moody’s and Fitch; and (2) if any of S&P, Moody’s and Fitch ceases to rate the Securities or ceases to make a rating on the Securities publicly available, an entity registered as a “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” (registered as such pursuant to Rule 17g-1 of the Exchange Act) then making a rating on the Securities publicly available selected by the Company (as certified by an Officers’ Certificate), which shall be substituted for S&P, Moody’s or Fitch, as the case may be.
SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;
Fitch Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Fitch and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term public debt securities without third-party credit enhancement (it being understood that if the Borrower does not have any outstanding debt securities of the type described above but has an indicative rating from Fitch for debt securities of such type, then such indicative rating shall be used for determining the “Fitch Rating”).
