Quarterly Fee Amount definition

Quarterly Fee Amount means one million dollars ($1,000,000), which amount shall be adjusted for inflation annually beginning on January 1, 2016, at the Inflation Factor;
Quarterly Fee Amount means (a) $0.875 million per fiscal quarter for the Company’s fiscal year 2006; and (b) for each fiscal year thereafter during the Term, an amount per fiscal quarter equal to 105% of the applicable Quarterly Fee Amount for the immediately preceding fiscal year.

  • Quarterly Valuation Date means the last Business Day of the last month of each fiscal quarter of the Trust in each fiscal year of the Trust, commencing November 29, 2002.

  • Minimum Cash Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(iv).

  • lump sum payment period means the period measured in weeks of salary, for which payment has been made to facilitate the transition to retirement or to other employment as a result of the implementation of various programs to reduce the size of the Public Service. The lump sum payment period does not include the period of severance pay, which is measured in a like manner.
