Quality Assurance Release definition

Quality Assurance Release means LONZA’s release for delivery to Client of a Clinical Batch Sample and the associated Batch Disposition Documentation following Quality Review and Approval.
Quality Assurance Release means Qualified Person release in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • NRC Concern: Licensee has deleted the commitment that Procurement Documents specify the documentary evidence required to be on site prior to use of equipment and the commitment that WE-QA will assign a Quality Assurance Release (QAR) identification number prior to release of purchase items for installation or use.
