Qualifying Syndicated Loan means a Broadly Syndicated Loan that, as of any date of determination:
Qualifying Syndicated Loan means any Loan designated by the Borrower as such in the Loan List. “Quarterly Valuation Reports” is defined in Section 7.11. “Real Estate Loan” means a Transferred Loan that is secured primarily by a mortgage, deed of trust or similar lien on commercial real estate (other than hotels, restaurants and casinos) or residential real estate. “Records” means, with respect to any Transferred Loans, all documents, books, records and other information (including without limitation, computer programs, tapes, disks, punch cards, data processing software and related property and rights) maintained with respect to any item of Collateral and the related Obligors, other than the Loan Documents. “Recoveries” means, with respect to any Defaulted Loan or Charged-Off Loan, Proceeds of the sale of any Related Property, Proceeds of any related Insurance Policy, and any other recoveries with respect to such Loan and Related Property, and amounts representing late fees and penalties, net of Liquidation Expenses and amounts, if any, received that are required to be refunded to the Obligor on such Loan. “Register” is defined in Section 11.1(d). “Related Property” means, with respect to a Loan, any property or other assets of the Obligor thereunder pledged as collateral to the Originator to secure the repayment of such Loan. 41

Related to Qualifying Syndicated Loan

  • Broadly Syndicated Loan means a Collateral Loan that (a) is a syndicated commercial loan, (b) has an Initial Tranche Size of $250,000,000 or greater (without consideration of reductions thereon from scheduled amortization payments), and (c) is rated (or will be rated) by S&P or Moody’s (or the related Obligor for such Collateral Loan is rated by S&P or Moody’s).

  • Syndicated Loan means a Loan made by a Lender pursuant to Section 2.01(a); provided that, if any such loan or loans (or portions thereof) are combined or subdivided pursuant to a Notice of Interest Rate Election, the term “Syndicated Loan” shall refer to the combined principal amount resulting from such combination or to each of the separate principal amounts resulting from such subdivision, as the case may be.

  • Syndicated Loans means Base Rate Loans or Euro-Dollar Loans made pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 2.01.
