Syndicated Loans definition

Syndicated Loans means Base Rate Loans or Euro-Dollar Loans made pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 2.01.
Syndicated Loans means the loans provided for by Section 2.01 hereof, which may be Alternate Base Rate Loans and/or Eurodollar Loans.
Syndicated Loans means, collectively, the loans made to Borrower by the Syndicated Lenders pursuant to Section 2.02.

  • Within the foregoing limits and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Borrower may borrow, prepay and reborrow Syndicated Loans.

  • For purposes of computing commitment fees, the Commitment of any Class of a Lender shall be deemed to be used to the extent of the outstanding Syndicated Loans and LC Exposure of such Class of such Lender (and the Swingline Exposure of such Class of such Lender shall be disregarded for such purpose).

More Definitions of Syndicated Loans

Syndicated Loans means all credit outstanding under the Credit Facility other than Overdraft Loans.
Syndicated Loans means Syndicated Dollar Loans and Foreign Currency Loans.
