Qualifying Provinces and Territories definition

Qualifying Provinces and Territories means the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island, the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut;
Qualifying Provinces and Territories means all of the provinces and territories of Canada other than the province of Quebec;
Qualifying Provinces and Territories means all of the provinces and territories of Canada;

  • The copies of the Canadian Preliminary Prospectus, the Final PREP Prospectus, the Canadian Prospectus and any Supplementary Material and any amendment or supplements thereto furnished to the Underwriters will be identical to the electronically transmitted copies thereof filed with the Province of Ontario and the Qualifying Provinces and Territories pursuant to SEDAR.

  • Each Canadian Preliminary Prospectus and the Canadian Prospectus complied when filed in all material respects with the applicable securities legislation of the Province of Ontario and the Qualifying Provinces and Territories and each Canadian Preliminary Prospectus and the Canadian Prospectus delivered to the Underwriters for use in connection with this offering were identical to the electronically transmitted copies thereof filed with SEDAR.

Related to Qualifying Provinces and Territories

  • Restricted Territories means: (i) Cuba, Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the territory of Crimea / Sevastopol; and (ii) any other country or territory that is subject to sanctions by the United Kingdom, the European Union, the U.S, United Nations or elsewhere.

  • Qualifying Jurisdictions means each of the provinces and territories of Canada;

  • European Data Protection Laws means the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and data protection laws of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and their member states and the FADP.
