Purveyor Member definition

Purveyor Member means the following: the Big Bend Water District, Boulder City, Henderson, the District, North Las Vegas, and any other public entity which is engaged in the retail delivery of potable water in Xxxxx County and which is admitted to the Authority as a Purveyor Member pursuant to the provisions of Article 12 and subarticle 18(b) of the Cooperative Agreement;

Examples of Purveyor Member in a sentence

  • Payment shall be due from the SNWS Purveyor Member within 45 days after the date on which the SNWS Purveyor Member is deemed to have received the statement pursuant to Section 23.1.1.

  • In no event, however, shall the delinquency apportioned to a SNWS Purveyor Member with respect to any of the Connection Charge, Commodity Charge, Raw Water Facilities Charge, or Wholesale Delivery Charge for any period of delinquency be greater in amount than 100 percent of the amount of such charge the SNWS Purveyor Member is otherwise required to pay with respect to such period.

  • Such payment shall be due by the first day of the second month after such connections and deliveries were made and shall be accompanied by a statement from the SNWS Purveyor Member reflecting the number and size of such connections and the amount of such deliveries made by the SNWS Purveyor during the month to which the statement relates.

Related to Purveyor Member

  • Investor Member means a member that has made a contribution to a limited cooperative association and:

  • Other Member means a Voting Member who is not an Eligible Account Holder or a Supplemental Eligible Account Holder.

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;

  • Investor Members mean those Persons who acquire Interests in the Initial Offering or Subsequent Offering and their successors and assigns admitted as Additional Economic Members.

  • Managing Member is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • of a Member means the salary corresponding in any given year to a full-time appointment at the member's rank and step, as set out for that year in Schedule A.

  • Teaching staff member means an employee who holds a position for which a certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.

  • Related member means a person that, with respect to the taxpayer during all or any portion of the taxable year, is either a related entity, a component member as defined in section 1563(b) of the Internal Revenue Code, or a person to or from whom there is attribution of stock ownership in accordance with section 1563(e) of the Internal Revenue Code except, for purposes of determining whether a person is a related member under this division, "twenty per cent" shall be substituted for "5 percent" wherever "5 percent" appears in section 1563(e) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Selling Member has the meaning set forth in Section 10.5(a).

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);

  • Industry member means a member of a national securities exchange or a member of a national securities association.

  • Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member.

  • Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.

  • Initiating Member shall have the meaning provided in Section 15.2(a).

  • General Partner means the general partner of the Partnership.

  • Designated member means the spouse, child, grandchild, parent, brother, or sister of a deceased individual who owned an interest in a wholesaler, who is entitled to inherit the deceased individual's ownership interest in the wholesaler under the terms of the deceased individual's will, or who has otherwise been designated in writing by the deceased individual to succeed the deceased individual in the wholesaler's business, or is entitled to inherit such ownership interest under the laws of intestate succession of this state. With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • Tendering Partner shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6.A.
