Purchaser’s Required Consents definition

Purchaser’s Required Consents means the consent of any Person specified in Schedule 1.1E, other than a Governmental Authority, necessary for Purchaser's consummation of the Transactions.

Purchaser’s Required Consents means the notices to or the consents, waivers or releases of any Person other than a Governmental Authority required by Purchaser to be made or obtained by or on behalf of Purchaser prior to consummation of the Purchaser Transactions, including the notices, consents, waivers or releases specified in Schedule 1.1B.

More Definitions of Purchaser’s Required Consents

Purchaser’s Required Consents means, in respect of CPS, CPS's Required Consents and, in respect of Texas Genco, Texas Genco's Required Consents.
