Purchased Contracts definition

Purchased Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1(a).
Purchased Contracts means the Contracts and contractual rights described in Section 2.2.
Purchased Contracts means the Contracts set forth on Schedule 1.1(c).
