Provisional Data definition

Provisional Data means real time hourly data (which has not yet been validated by the relevant TSO), used by Balancing Operator for the calculation of the Network User Balancing Position and of the Market Balancing Position communicated to Network User for the steering of its individual Network User Balancing Position.
Provisional Data means measurement data in a datafile that may not yet be fully processed or quality assured to meet the accuracy requirements of this chapter or to fully apportion measurement data to each claimed water right, and is therefore subject to change.
