Prospecting Authorisation definition

Prospecting Authorisation means an authorisation granted pursuant to Section 8;
Prospecting Authorisation means an authorisation granted pursuant to Article 9;
Prospecting Authorisation means an authorisation granted pursuant to Article 29 of this Act;

Examples of Prospecting Authorisation in a sentence

  • Prior to granting a Prospecting Authorisation in respect of an area that is the subject of an existing Authorisation, the Ministry shall give written notice to the holder of the existing Authorisation.

  • All data which has not already been lodged with the Ministry must be lodged with the Ministry prior to the surrender, expiry or cancellation of the whole or relevant part of the Petroleum Contract or Prospecting Authorisation.

  • Nothing in a Prospecting Authorisation authorises the holder to drill a well or to have any preference or right to make a Production Sharing Contract.

  • The Designated Authority may grant a Prospecting Authorisation to any person, subject to such conditions as the Designated Authority specifies in the Authorisation.

  • Governmental Approval is any consent, authorization, approval, order, license, franchise, permit, certificate, accreditation, registration, filing or notice, of, issued by, from or to, or other act by or in respect of, any Governmental Authority.

  • enforcement authority means any person or body having jurisdiction to enforce or to take action under or in respect of the relevant legal requirement.

  • Required Governmental Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03.

  • Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Regulatory Agency necessary for the preclinical or clinical testing, manufacture, development, distribution, use, storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.

  • Product Approval means the approval of a Governmental Authority necessary for the marketing and sale of the Product in a given country or regulatory jurisdiction, which may include the approval of an MAA (but shall not include any Pricing Approvals).

  • Licences means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.

  • Regulatory Authorizations means all approvals, clearances, authorizations, registrations, certifications, licenses and permits granted by any Regulatory Authority.

  • Tax Filing Authorised Person means such person as any Director shall designate from time to time, acting severally.

  • Regulatory Approval Application means an application to seek regular or expedited Regulatory Approval of the Licensed Product for sale or marketing in any country(ies) or Region(s) in the Territory, as defined in the applicable Laws and filed with the Regulatory Authority of such country(ies) or Region(s).

  • MFDA means the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada;
