Proportions definition

Proportions means the categories and proportions of assets set by TBCC in accordance with the Investment Methodology, according to which the purchase of assets/financial instruments will be carried out using the Client’s deposited funds;
Proportions means the individual shares to be the responsibility of a Member as set out in Schedule 3 of any amount due under this Agreement expressed to be shared by all the Members;
Proportions means the individual shares to be the responsibility of a Member as set out in Schedule 2 of any amount due under this Agreement;

  • Such Assignment and Acceptance Agreement shall be deemed to amend this Agreement to the extent, and only to the extent, necessary to reflect the addition of such Purchasing Lender and the resulting adjustment of Commitment Proportions arising from the purchase by such Purchasing Lender of all or a portion of the rights and obligations of such transferor Lender under or in respect of this Agreement and the Notes.

Related to Proportions

  • Proportion in relation to a Lender, means:

  • Relevant Proportion means, at any time, the proportion which one Note bears to the number of all of the Notes outstanding;

  • Ownership Percentage with respect to any Member means the percentage of ownership of a Member determined by taking the total Capital Units held by such Member divided by the aggregate total number of issued and outstanding Capital Units.

  • Participating Interest is defined in Section 1.2(d) hereof.

  • Common Portions means the common areas and installations in the Buildings and the Premises that are more fully and particularly mentioned in the THIRD SCHEDULE hereto.
